Ballistic was founded in 2007 by lighting cameraman and editor Richard Hadley who began his career in film production at Shepperton & Pinewood Studios, as a feature film technical assistant. Richard then worked as a designer on major TV series such as 'The Vice' and feature films including 'Charlotte Grey' before moving to the The Moving Picture Company in Soho to work as an editor.

Richard has been working for some time as a qualified lighting cameraman having completed an intensive and long apprenticeship as a film camera assistant. Having worked on a wide range of programming as a cameraman and incorporating all the prior experience as an editor and designer, Richard continues to drive the highest standards in video production through Ballistic Ltd.
